The institution operates an official website, a YouTube channel, Instagram, Facebook, and multiple WhatsApp groups, connecting millions. These channels offer da'wah articles, lecture series, posters, Friday messages, and translations of the Qur'an in over 15 languages.

A key project is the "Aasan Dars-e-Qur'an" series in Urdu, with 572 episodes covering each Ruku (section) of the Qur'an, making it unique worldwide. Al-Birr also produces content on Seerah, Islamic law, Ramadan, and stories of the Prophets. Daily updates ensure the ongoing impact of this outreach initiative.
